Terms and Conditions

If you don’t know your customers, you can’t trust them.  If you can’t trust them, you need to have terms and conditions that they subscribe to.  You may need to rely on your t’s and c’s in the case of a dispute.

If you do know your customers and you trust them, why would you ever want to win a dispute with them?

If you like your customer and they don’t want to pay, let them win.

Sometimes, the only t’s and c’s you need is the tea and cake you buy your customer
